David has lived in Tennessee all his life. Raised in East Tennessee, he relocated to Nashville in 1995 after graduating from the University of Tennessee to begin a career in Mechanical Engineering and start a family.
In 2019, David's entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore investment real estate. He began flipping homes in Williamson County (Franklin), TN, turning a side hustle into a thriving business. Through this endeavor, David discovered a genuine passion for renovating homes and matching them with the perfect buyers.
