Bio
David has lived in Tennessee all his life. He was raised in east Tennessee and relocated to Nashville in 1995 after graduating from the University of Tennessee to begin a career in Mechanical Engineering and start a family.
In 2019, David became interested in investment real estate and began flipping homes in Williamson County (Franklin), TN. With this new endeavor that began as a side hustle, David discovered that renovating a home and finding a buyer for that property was a process that he really enjoyed. Throughout these experiences, he quickly developed a passion to help people find a home.
With over 3 years and 16+ transactions later, the process of becoming a real estate agent was natural for him. David specializes in residential sales with a specific interest in investment properties. He desires to deliver 100% customer satisfaction to the clients that he serves.
